Products / Ball Valve / FBV

Bhola Engineers also offers Floating Ball Valve with the state of art manufacturing. These valves are designed by latest techniques such as CAD & Finite Element Analysis. State of art manufacturing technologies, modern quality management methods & competent ERP systems ensure efficient production processes resulting into consistently high quality standards over large quantities of valves.

Bhola Engineers Pvt . Ltd. Ball valves are designed and manufactured to meet recognized industry standards in a wide variety of industries including chemical processing, petrochemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper among others. The valves are capable of handling a wide range of liquids, suspended solids and gases and offer the advantages associated with ball valves: quick, quarter turn operation, visual indication of the valve position, straight uninterrupted flow path and compact size and weight.

BEPL can offer ball valves in compliance with all of the following standards and specifications:
  • ASME B16.34
  • API 6D, API 598 and API 607  (Fire Safe)
  • ASME SECTION VIII, Div.1
  • NACE MR0175

With floating ball valves the ball moves to the downstream seat. Higher differential pressures result in higher valve torques. For small valves the effect of the differential pressure is minimal when compared to the assembly stress on the valve seats and stem seal. As a result the torque basically remains constant for the operating differential pressure of the valve body
