INLOK Instrumentation Needle Valve Features
INLOK forged and bar stock needle valves are specially designed for operation with most of the fluids with pressure ranging at 6,000 PSI,10,000 PSI & 15,000 PSI. These valves are complete with PTFE gland packing & Graphoil gland packing below the stem thread ensures that the process does not get in contact with the stem threads. Tightening of the upper gland body ensures perfect sealing of the gland packing and arrest leakage. The lock nut ensures that the upper gland body is locked to a particular setting. The lower gland body is directly screwed in to the main body and fixed with a pin to prevent accidental loosening of the gland body within operation.

INLOK Instrumentation Ball Valve Features
INLOK bar stock ball valves are specially designed for operation with most of the fluids with pressure ranging at 3,000-6,000 PSI,10,000 PSI & 15,000 PSI. These valves are compact in design and are offered with positive shut off or directional control of fluids in process, power and instrumentation applications . The unique one piece seat/packing design ensure excellent sealing characteristics while accommodating a superior temperature range and long cycle life. These valves are available with one piece seat and packing designed are piece stem and ball . These valves are available in two way and three way configurations with wide variety of port connection. Also all ports are suitable as inlets to full operating pressure of the valve. Also all these valves are available with vent option and coated metal insert.
