INLOK  Instrumentation Manifold Valves in bar stock & forged are specially designed for operation with most of the fluids up to 10000 psig and on special request up to 30,000psig ratings. These valves are completed with PTFE gland packing or with Graphoil gland packing ( for high temperature applications) . A wide variety of end connection can be offered based on customer requirement , NACE compliance Oxygen (O2) clean service valves for Cryogenic applications also . The material standard for all valves are 316L Stainless Steel . Our Manifold are available in 2,3,5, valve & Bar type design.   


INLOK  brand Instrumentation Manifold Valves design also offers direct mounting for pressure equipment’s which also comes with mounting facility of direct mounting form pipe thread to pipe thread, pipe thread to flange end & flange end to flange end. These design combines facility for isolation , calibration , test & venting instruments . By incorporating all these function in one block, It’s save installation material & cost , These manifolds are ideally used for pressure gauges , pressure transmitters , pressure switches & pressure measuring equipments These manifolds are available in number of configurations to suit every type of installation . Port connection are available in NPT , BSP & BSP Taper.

  11. NACE certified wetted parts available
  12. Optional cleaned and lubricated suitable for Oxygen service
  13. Heat code traceable body and bonnet.  

  INLOK Instrumentation Manifold  Valve   

 INLOK Forged and Bar stock manifolds are specially designed for operation with most of the fluids with pressure ranging at 6,000 PSI ,Instrument manifolds are a consolidation at single valves into unitized block and allow engineers the flexibility to perform various task and functions without removing the transmitter from it’s installed position, Chevron style duel piece gland packing are powered for maximum sealing area contact with minimum gland adjustment a secure anti vibration locking mechanism to present gland adjuster for loosening , Annealed sealing washer is provided in bonnet area to ensure complete atmosphere leakage and allowing on site retro fit of banners with 100% resealing assurance manifolds are available in 2,3,5 valve & Bar type Design.
